For His Glory

4/22/09 - look for Decemberadio "For Your Glory" on the web. I deleted the image that played the song every time you opened up my blog -

He is so glorious and it's His glory that draws me in. Every time.

I love singing praises to Him.

Beautiful songs of praise and worship.

As you well know, I have a new favorite song often.

It always points to Him.

And I know He loves it.

****

Are you broken and humble, falling at His feet?

Do you believe He is the Maker of all, King of all Kings?

Does He live in you?

I want to be faithful and do everything for His glory.

****

Isaiah 60:1-3 (NIV)

Arise, shine, for your light has come,
and the glory of the LORD rises upon you.

See, darkness covers the earth
and thick darkness is over the peoples,
but the LORD rises upon you
and his glory appears over you.

Nations will come to your light,
and kings to the brightness of your dawn.

****

With that said, as much as I do not want to clean my house today because it is a pig sty, I will do it, with hard work and perseverance, for His glory.

And I think I will play this song. A lot.

Hi Shari, It's the dawn of a new day here, March 25... I don't know the time difference between us. But I want to thank you for this post, and this new song you shared. Want you to know that the last song you shared, While I'm waiting is now also my favorite song, and in fact I was able to download the whole soundtrack of the movie Firproof into my iPod! And how here's another song... it's amazing how it links to the latest post I did about worship! Again, thanks... have a "God-glorious" day ahead of you.

Today was the 24th for me. That is so strange that you are a day ahead!

I'm glad you have enjoyed the "Always Waiting"...it is such a great song. You have got to see the movie though. My husband and I seen it for the second time last Friday. It is a must see.

It is amazing how the last two songs that I have posted you have posted about the same theme.

Thanks for visiting my blog! I always look forward to your comments.
