Alec's last soccer game is this morning. Thank God. It's been torture. His team is awful. They have lost every game except for one, and that game was tied.
Don't worry, Alec doesn't read my blog.
At the beginning of the season, his coach told everyone that regardless of their wins, each boy would receive a trophy, because it was more about teamwork...etc.
It will be kinda funny handing out trophies to a team that is probably in last place.

I had really hoped to get to Alec's and Daniel's games today because I hadn't been able to go to any this season. At 10:37 a.m., as I stood there in my p.j.s, I remembered. Too late! Hope they had fun.
It is not about winning all the time... I know that every game they went in it to win, but even if they were a losing team the effort they put into it to win DESERVES A TROPHY in my book!!
Alec, Grammy is proud of you, no matter if you win or lose. I know you are AWESOME, and thank you for giving all you had for a good season. That, you CAN be proud of.
