But, as I watched her sing this, it made my mouth hurt seeing the stud piercing in her tongue....ouch!!! Don't get why you have to do that...oh well I am old and it doesn't make sense to me. I guess it is the style...at least she can still carry a tune with it in there. LOL
Yeah, I was a little turned off by the tongue ring too, but she is fabulously talented and I figure that is her prerogative.
Janelle and I discussed her friend Julie the other day (who lost her full term baby girl 2 years ago), about how that Julie has a song posted on her blog about children in Rwanda. Sara Groves sings it. It reminded me of my new well loved song sung by Brooke, "Albertine". It's about a young black girl that she met while in Rwanda. Julie is being led by the Lord to adopt a little one from Rwanda.
