Dear Mr. & Ms.

Dear Mr. Deli Style Cheese Packager, Ms. Jar of Peanut Butter Cardboard Sealer, Mr. Liquid CoffeeMate Foil Seal, Ms. Lunchmeat Packager, et all:

You have all made my morning very difficult. Making coffee and packing lunches. I couldn't get your stuff opened!

Don't you realize that in trying to keep your products "safe" and "fresh", that you've made them next to impossible for me to open? With my acrylic nails and all. Please keep that in mind when you attend any upcoming "fresh ideas" meetings. We need change.

(Where have I just recently heard that...oh, that's right, from Mr. Smooth-I've got ALL the answers-Magicpants).

Make-the-process-of-opening-your-products-easier.

Thank you. It will make my life easier.

Can we also add? Make the jars easier to open!! Older hands really struggle with those darn cemented-on lids.

Man, you used to be able to pull apart a sealed package with your bare hands -- now it takes scissors. What's up with that?

(This was good for a chuckle! :)

I thought of this yesterday morning, when I was trying to make lunch, for Mia, and we were already running behind schedule...She was laughing because I was having such a hard time getting her meat opened, so she brought me her kid scissors and told me that would work.. that her scissors always help her to open stuff.

Hey, it beats mold!!! LOL I have to admit, I have wanted to throw food items across my kitchen on numberous occasions!!

I told to my food quite often while trying to open the package. The most common being, "FOR REAL, come on!!!"

But then I have to calm myself and say, why thank you fellow food safety, freshness people, for my food does not have any mold on it. hehehehe - yeah right!
